My apologies. I was unaware of your language of origin. Yes, then you made a very valid point, as I have met bad and good people from all walks,of life. You know there is a reason i use these " " for some words... Also english isn't my native language. This is where you may need to review your take on police activity.I know a few police officers in my city, one of them i even call my friend.
He is far from a bad guy, although he's a friend if i do something wrong he will "punish" me for it according to the law.
Ofcourse it doesn't mean that "bad cops" don't exist. But good and bad exist everywhere.
It's like + - it always will be like a fight between them.
They still are people like us, and it's true if you respect the person your talking to the chance they do same is extremly higher.
Respect has to come from both sides and if one side makes a slip the other one will follow.
It's in our nature as human with learning and training we can develop this skill.
But Nature has it's limits...
- You state " He is far from a bad guy, although he's a friend if i do something wrong he will "punish" me for it according to the law."
Do you see the error in this statement? It is NOT the position of ANY police officer to "punish" anyone. Yet they do it often enough you absent mindedly stated you expect a good police officer to hand out punishment in his duties.
I have a police officer friend as well. He is a great guy. I knew him before he signed up for the academy. He faces sarcasm, cynicism, and threats on a daily basis. He knows his job is to take down objective, unbiased reports for the COURTS to decide the outcome. Thats real police work.
Anyway to make it clear, I use these " " to point out some sarcasm.
To clariffy, my friend the police officer woud act according to the law if i woud commit a crime.
And yes in that case it's not him who will "punish" me...
Oh and do you see the lesson in my post? It's not that i have friend who is a police officer...
It actually is that GOOD and BAD people exist EVERYWHERE and that it doesn't matter what kind of job they have.
And if you show respect to someone you will get respect back. If not well then you get something like this <--
I am bipolar and I was arrested for a felony for basically saying I pray for doom for an elected official. Now in Jail and Prison I was beaten so badly on multiple occasions I had to go to the hospital. The police are generally evil (no offense). Just to let you know I have a masters in Computer Science and 8 years of professional Software Experience and would love to code for you guys as a newbie at Anonymous.
Dealing with the police is a tricky thing. We don't trust them and they don't trust us. They are humans though. Even if your doing or carrying something questionable. Act with civil and calm behavior. Humans are more likely to not jump (to) the gun if you present yourself as a decent person. Just remember you don't have to have respect for them to make them think you respect them.
That is a great idea!I'd like to see legislation passed in all 50 states that mimics child abusers from entering into sensitive positions.
For example, if an officer has a claim filed against him for greater than 10k worth of medical bills or property damage, and it can be shown that the officer acted in bad faith (criminal behaviour), then they are immediately decertified by the State police certification board, and are unable to work again in ANY state for 10 years. Their name goes on a "Bad Cop" registry to prevent any rehiring.
Families would be able to petition the courts for an evaluation of the evidence, and that outcome would be the basis of the decertification.
Any officer that applies for a position must have his name ran through this registry, much like teachers must pass a child abuse screen.
well said. some may have that sort of a bad attitude towards the people ... but majority of cops are good and they deal with the people in a decent manner. when we take the case of the bad ones they will easily find reasons to be rude with us .. and in that situation if we behave just like them .. then the conversations and their dealings will be at a harsh level . its better to show them the respect and and see if they change their attitude .
I'm a knight. I thought I could work on this op last week. After reading everything for a week I decided I couldn't work on the op due to the fact that I was a victim for five years and was also raped later. jdm banned me then unbanned me for saying factual things about the fact that other anons have been victims too and he needs to stop shoving this crap in peoples faces. it's a good op but if you read the text from oppedohunt you will see what I was saying (cherryblossom) and what jam was saying. He is always up people's you know what's about everything. freaks out. bans and unbans. now I can't get back into A.C. and jdm says why bother? you don't want to do anything! omg. he knows nothing about my story. That I have been an anon since the Scion days. That I'm handicapped. I'm good online monitoring boards but I'm not so capable at a lot of other things. I do my best. I do what I can do. please do something about this. I don't know how to get back in to anon chat.
first off this is fricken smart i understand the amount of corrupt cops is too high but when people commit verbal assault to officers of the law they are doing it on purpose to get the corrupt cop to do bad things record the cop doing bad things and say it was for no reason. Now I'm not trying to say that that is a good thing doing that is just as corrupt the cops are what I'm trying to say is that by you saying this its not going to do much maybe stop a few people from getting tickets but other then that i don't think people will listen
